Russian strike damaged Rozetka store in Kyiv: how will orders be issued

A Russian missile strike on Kyiv on October 29 damaged one of the Rozetka stores, located near the Comfort Town residential complex. The company has already determined how customers will be able to receive their orders after the incident.
The company announced this on its social media.
The company explained that after restoring safe and full access to the damaged premises, all customer orders will be transported to the nearest chain store.
Parcels that were still en route to the delivery point near the Comfort Town residential complex at the time of the Russian attack will also be delivered there.
Rozetka promises to personally notify customers whose orders will be redirected. They will also be provided with detailed information about where and how to pick up their purchases.
It was previously reported that the Russian attack on Kyiv on the night of October 30 took the life of one person. Debris from missiles and drones damaged buildings and cars, and fires broke out in three districts of the capital.
