Russian strike on Kharkiv: number of wounded rises to 19

This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba.

“A terrible enemy strike on Kharkiv – the occupiers hit a five-story residential building in the city center with ballistics. As of now, 19 people have been injured,” Kuleba wrote.

According to him, strikes on residential buildings in the center of a city of a million people are a gross war crime against humanity and international humanitarian law, and Russia must bear full responsibility for every destroyed life, every injured person, and every destroyed home.

According to the Deputy Prime Minister, all emergency services are working at the scene, providing assistance to the victims and clearing rubble under which people may be trapped.

The rescue operation is ongoing, and actions are being coordinated with city and regional authorities.
