Russian train attack: Three dead reported

Three people were killed as a result of the Russian army’s attack on a passenger train on the Chop – Kharkiv – Barvinkove route.

This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

This happened near the village of Yazykove, Barvinsk community, Izyum district.

It has been previously established that the enemy used three Geran-2 attack drones for the attack. Two hits were recorded near the train, and one drone hit a carriage.

Three people are currently known to have died, and two more have sought medical attention. In total, there were more than 155 passengers on the train.

A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the commission of a war crime that caused the deaths of people.

As a reminder, Russian troops struck a passenger train . The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the strike on the passenger train is a direct act of Russian terror against the civilian population.
