The situation in the Lymansky direction remains tense and dynamic. The Russian army is gradually losing its advantage on the battlefield, in particular due to the constant strikes by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the enemy’s logistics.

This was announced by the head of the Kraken unmanned systems regiment , Danylo Polozhukhno, on the air of “News.Live”.

It is known that the Lymansky direction is in the area of responsibility of the Third Army Corps.

“The enemy’s initiative has already been lost on almost 90% of the strip. The enemy has faced a certain tactical deficit. The strikes that Ukraine inflicts at the operational level – on logistics, operational rear areas, as well as strikes at the strategic level directly affect the tactical level. Everything that concerns the enemy’s support at the tactical level has a significant deficit: fuel, ammunition, hygiene products, food – the enemy has big problems with all this,” Polozhukhno said.

At the same time, he added that the Russian Federation continues to replenish personnel reserves in this direction, but the recruits have low motivation.

“We had a case: in one narrow area, the enemy tried to send his infantry groups along the same route across the field more than 40 times over the past 10 days. And they were all either blown up or destroyed by FPV drones. Any smart commander would have changed this route a long time ago,” Polozhukhno said.

It was previously reported that Russian troops have concentrated about 11,000 troops in the Kostyantynivka and Druzhkivka areas and are continuing their attempts to advance in this direction. The occupiers are trying to penetrate the city in small assault groups, but they do not control its territory.
