Russian troops attempted to breach the border in the Kharkiv region: 17 attacks were repelled in the past 24 hours.

On March 3, Russian troops attempted to breach the Ukrainian state border and attack Defense Force positions in the direction of the villages of Zybino and Krugloe in the Kharkiv region.

The United Forces Group reported this.

In the South Slobozhanska area, Ukrainian forces inflicted fire damage on enemy assault groups. Meanwhile, in the Velykyi Burluky area, the occupiers continue to amass forces and resources to resume offensive operations.

In the Kupyansk direction, Russian units unsuccessfully attempted to breach defenses in the areas of Petrovpavlovka, Novoplatonovka, and Kurilovka. In the Liman direction, the Defense Forces repelled attacks near Sheykovka, Stavki, Drobysheva, and Liman.

In total, over the past 24 hours, units of the Joint Forces Group neutralized 17 enemy attacks.

According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine , in the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, Russian troops carried out five airstrikes using 15 aerial bombs and carried out 152 shelling attacks, five of which were from multiple launch rocket systems.

In total, 144 combat clashes were recorded along the entire front line in the past 24 hours. Russia launched one missile strike, used 74 airstrikes, dropped 255 guided bombs, deployed 8,445 kamikaze drones, and carried out 3,453 shelling attacks on Ukrainian troop positions and settlements, including 94 from multiple launch rocket systems.
