Russian UAV hits diesel locomotive at Korosten station: one victim
Russian occupation forces have again attacked Ukraine’s railway infrastructure. The stations in Korosten and Kryvyi Rih were hit.

According to railway workers, a hostile drone attacked a diesel locomotive at the Korosten station. At the time of the attack, the workers were in shelter.
“Unfortunately, a civilian woman who was passing by was killed. We express our sincere condolences to the family and friends of the deceased,” the message said.
On the same day, a diesel locomotive was also damaged by a drone strike in Kryvyi Rih. According to preliminary data, there were no injuries.
“This morning in Kryvyi Rih, a diesel locomotive was damaged as a result of a UAV strike. Fortunately, no one was injured,” the railway service reported.
The company emphasizes that Russia continues to purposefully attack rolling stock and railway infrastructure facilities.
“Russia continues to target railway rolling stock,” the railway workers noted and urged citizens not to ignore air raid sirens and immediately head for shelter.
As a reminder, on the morning of April 13, the Russian occupation army resumed attacks on railway infrastructure, striking a location near a freight train locomotive in the Dnipropetrovsk region .
