The Russian occupation forces are trying to intensify their offensive in the Pokrovsky direction, and to do so, they are increasing the number of long-range artillery systems.
This was reported by the 7th Corps of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
According to the military, the Russians are hiding artillery in forest belts and private buildings.
However, units of the Defense Forces are detecting and destroying Russian guns. In particular, over the past 24 hours, they managed to destroy 5 enemy artillery units near Pokrovsk and Myrnograd.
Ukrainian defenders are maintaining their positions north of Pokrovsk. In turn, the occupiers have increased pressure in the Hryshyn and Rodyn directions.
In the southeastern part of Hryshynye, gun battles continue. The military is operating with the support of UAV units and artillery.
“The enemy is unsuccessfully sending additional assault groups to put pressure on Hryshyne, in particular with the use of motorized vehicles,” the DSHV stated.
We remind you that Ukrainian counterattacks in the Zaporizhzhia direction and at the junction of the Donetsk and Dnipropetrovsk regions significantly complicate the Russian troops’ advance in the Pokrovsk area.
It was previously reported that Russian troops at the front are regrouping and preparing for offensives when green spaces appear.
