Russians are trying to infiltrate Pokrovsk through the southern outskirts: over 300 occupiers are in the city

Russian occupation troops, taking advantage of adverse weather conditions, are trying to penetrate Pokrovsk using light equipment.
This was reported in the 7th corps of the DShV.
According to the Ukrainian military, there are currently more than 300 occupiers in the city.
At the same time, they are trying to get to Pokrovsk through the southern outskirts, using thick fog. Such weather conditions complicate the work of Ukrainian units, in particular, reducing the possibilities for aerial reconnaissance and strikes in open terrain.
The Russians’ goal is to reach the northern outskirts of Pokrovsk in order to create conditions for further encircling the agglomeration.
However, the Defense Forces are conducting work to identify and destroy the enemy in urban areas. Thus, since the beginning of November, Ukrainian soldiers have eliminated 162 occupiers in Pokrovsk, and wounded 39 more.
The city continues to be cleared by various units of the Defense Forces — the SBS, assault and airborne assault units, the SSO, the SBU, the National Guard, the National Police, etc.
It was previously reported that the situation in Pokrovsk, Donetsk Oblast, remains difficult. Russian troops are seeking to create conditions there for a complete encirclement of the city .
Recall that Russian troops are actively strengthening their positions in Pokrovsk and accumulating resources capable of conducting surveillance and striking the entire settlement.
As is known, despite complicated logistics , Ukrainian units are conducting rotation and evacuation in Pokrovsk and Myrnograd .
By the way, Ukrainian soldiers are clearing the northern areas of Pokrovsk, and the most active fighting in the city is taking place in the industrial zone .
It is worth noting that the Russians have pulled a significant part of their forces to Pokrovsk . According to Syrsky, the occupation of the city will be the enemy’s last maneuver to capture the Donetsk region.
