Russians Attack Energy Infrastructure in Odessa Region: Over 29,000 Consumers Without Power
Russian military launched a massive attack on the Odessa region with attack drones at night, damaging energy infrastructure.
The head of the Odessa OVA, Oleg Kiper, reported this.
“The city of Chornomorsk and its environs suffered the most. The strike damaged the energy infrastructure,” he said.
Currently, more than 29,000 subscribers are without electricity. Restoration work has already begun. Critical infrastructure is running on generators.
Private homes and administrative buildings were also damaged. Fires broke out in some places, which were quickly extinguished by our rescuers. One person is known to have been injured.
All authorized services are working to eliminate the consequences of the attack.
Let us recall that on the night of August 31, the Defense Forces neutralized 126 Russian drones in the skies over Ukraine , and another 16 enemy UAVs were hit at ten locations.
