Russian occupation forces have once again shelled the frontline town of Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region.

This was announced by the head of the city military administration, Serhiy Gorbunov.

“Today, closer to noon, Russian troops launched another strike on the city of Kostyantynivka,” the report states.

According to preliminary data, at least two civilians were killed as a result of the shelling.

In addition, infrastructure was damaged: the facades of two private residential buildings were hit.

“We urge everyone who is still in frontline areas and needs evacuation — do not delay!” emphasized Gorbunov.

Earlier, the head of the administration noted that since the beginning of August 22, Russian forces carried out a series of shellings in Kostyantynivka. The attacks occurred over several hours and caused significant damage to civilian infrastructure.

By the way, gas distribution was stopped in Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region after the gas distribution station was damaged by Russian shelling.
