Russians attacked a civilian ship under the Liberian flag in the port of Odessa region: one person was killed and injured

Russian forces have attacked a civilian cargo ship flying the flag of Liberia in a port in the Odessa region. The attack killed a sailor and injured three other crew members.

This was reported by the Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration.

It is noted that after the attack, 13 crew members were evacuated to a safe place.

The impact killed a sailor-engineer, and 3 other sailors were injured.

The Ukrainian Sea Ports Administration expressed its condolences to the family and loved ones of the deceased and wished the injured a speedy recovery.

By the way, Russia struck a Palauan-flagged vessel in the Odessa region during night and morning attacks on September 28. In addition, residential buildings and critical infrastructure were hit in a number of regions of Ukraine.

Recall that earlier Russia attacked the port infrastructure of the Odessa region and damaged a foreign ship . Then a merchant ship under the flag of Antigua and Barbuda came under attack, one person died, and three more were injured.
