Russians attacked a railway in the Odessa region: four people were injured, including children

On the afternoon of March 4, Russian occupation forces struck the southern part of the Odessa region, attacking the region’s railway infrastructure.

This was reported by the head of the Odessa Regional Administrative Organization Oleg Kiper , the Minister of Community and Territorial Development Oleksiy Kuleba , and the regional prosecutor’s office .

As it became known, an enemy ballistic missile hit the administrative building of one of the railway stations in the Odessa region.

Previously, four civilians were injured in the attack, including a railway worker and children aged 11 and 14. At least three are in moderate condition. All the injured are receiving medical assistance.

In addition, the glazing, facade and roof of the administrative building and a passenger car were damaged.

Emergency services are working at the scene of the attack, eliminating the consequences of the shelling, as well as prosecutors and police officers.

The press service of the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported that a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes has already been launched in accordance with Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

As a reminder, on March 4, an enemy kamikaze drone “Shahed” attacked a passenger train at the train station in Mykolaiv . After being hit, one of the cars caught fire, and rescuers quickly began extinguishing the fire.

Earlier, Kuleba announced that Russia had attacked a civilian commuter train of Ukrzaliznytsia in the Kryvyi Rih district of the Dnipropetrovsk region. One person was killed and seven more passengers were injured as a result of the attack.
