Russians attacked a residential area in Zaporizhia: five civilians injured, there is destruction

In Zaporizhia, Russian forces have struck a residential area of the city, injuring at least 5 people. Among the injured is a woman in serious condition, and emergency services are working at the scene.

This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia OVA Ivan Fedorov.

It is noted that the enemy carried out a drone attack on a residential area of Zaporizhia. The strike hit the area where the store and nearby houses are located. The private sector, cars, and commercial premises were damaged.

According to Ivan Fedorov, 5 people were injured in the attack. Among them are two men and three women. One of the injured women is in serious condition.

“All victims are already receiving assistance,” said Ivan Fedorov.

Rescuers, medics, and municipal services are working at the scene of the attack. They are eliminating the consequences of the shelling and helping residents of the affected neighborhood.

“Now there is debris, smoke, damaged houses, cars, a store,” said Ivan Fedorov.

Emergency services continue to work and are assessing the extent of the damage.

Earlier, Russian occupiers shelled the Orlivka checkpoint on the border with Romania.

By the way, search and rescue operations were completed in Ternopil after the Russian attack that occurred on November 19. Rescuers worked at two locations where the strike destroyed buildings and trapped people.

Recall that on the night of November 22, the Air Defense Forces neutralized 89 of the 104 drones with which Russia attacked Ukraine.
