Russians attacked Chernihiv region: drones hit a residential building, one person was injured

Russia again attacked rear cities: Chernihiv region was under the sights. At night, kamikaze drones struck the city of Nizhyn, hitting two objects at once – a logistics center and a multi-story residential building. There are injuries.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service and the head of the Chernihiv City Military Administration, Dmytro Bryzhynskyi.

Civilian infrastructure, warehouses, housing — these are the objects that Russia is increasingly targeting, trying to disrupt internal logistics and sow panic among the civilian population.

In Chernihiv itself, one of the enterprises was hit. The explosions were powerful, all emergency services are working in the city. Fortunately, according to preliminary information, there are no victims.

As a reminder, on the night of October 16,Russian troops attacked energy infrastructure in the Poltava region . The gas production facilities of DTEK Naftogaz came under enemy fire.

As reported, on the evening of October 15 , Russian troops carried out a combined strike on the Sumy community. The attack resulted in power outages in Sumy and the Sumy district.
