The Russian occupiers struck the energy infrastructure in a number of regions, in particular, facilities in the Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, and Donetsk regions were under enemy attack.
This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.
As a result of Russian shelling in the Dnipropetrovsk region, more than 60,000 consumers were left without electricity, and another 10,000 in the Kharkiv region.
Currently, energy workers are working to eliminate the consequences of enemy attacks and restore electricity supply to subscribers.
Hourly outage schedules for residential consumers and capacity limitation schedules for industry will be implemented in all regions today. They will be in effect throughout the day — from 00:00 to 23:59.
The department emphasized that current schedules and data on changes are posted on the official resources of regional distribution system operators.
“We urge consumers to use electricity rationally throughout the day, especially during peak consumption hours in the morning and evening. This helps reduce the load on the system,” the ministry added.
Recall, on the night of November 24 , Russian troops attacked Ukrainian regions with 162 Shahed, Gerbera, and other types of drones.
Earlier, Russia carried out drone strikes on the Shevchenkivskyi and Saltivskyi districts of Kharkiv , resulting in four people being killed and at least 14 others injured, including two children.
