Russians destroyed an important substation in Kharkiv: water shutdown schedules introduced in the city
On Tuesday, November 25, Kharkiv introduced water supply shutdown schedules due to an attack by Russian strike drones on the city.
Mayor Igor Terekhov told reporters about this, Suspilne reports .
According to him, at night the enemy struck with 10 “shaheeds.” They destroyed the transformer substation, which was the main one in the regional energy sector for supplying electricity to Kharkiv.
The city has now switched to its own generation, and water supply schedules are in place.
“We are working to ensure that Kharkiv has water. We will do everything possible to ensure that Kharkiv has water,” said Terekhov.
Recall that on the evening of November 23, Russia launched drone strikes on the Shevchenkivskyi and Saltivskyi districts of Kharkiv , which led to large-scale fires and destruction. According to preliminary data, 4 people were killed and at least 14 injured, including two children.
