In Russia, residents of Moscow and other regions are massively complaining about the inability to apply for international passports due to the lack of free slots for registration. Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Countering Disinformation at the National Security and Defense Council, believes that this may indicate that the Kremlin is preparing for a new wave of mobilization.
He announced this on his Telegram channel.
“As I said, it is better for those who can now to leave or leave the Russian Federation on foot, especially potential mobilized ones. Because the life of a Russian soldier at zero is 15–30 minutes,” Kovalenko wrote.
According to him, Russia has already had problems with issuing foreign passports.
In particular, for almost a month now, Russians have been massively faced with the lack of free “windows” for registering for document processing on the single state portal.
According to Kovalenko, such actions may indicate active preparation by the Russian authorities for a new wave of forced mobilization.
It was previously reported that Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov is increasingly referring to a “special military operation” as a full-scale war , although in Russia itself, officially using the word “war” in relation to the invasion of Ukraine is prohibited by law.
