Russians have again attacked a Ukrnafta gas station in Kyiv: this is the sixth attack in recent weeks.

On the morning of September 23, Russian troops attacked a Ukrnafta gas station in Kyiv. This is the sixth attack on the company’s facilities in recent weeks.

This was announced by the acting chairman of the board of NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine, Serhiy Fedorenko.

According to him, during the attack, gas station employees were sheltering in place in accordance with safety protocols. There were no injuries among the staff. Rescue workers and law enforcement officers are on the scene assessing the aftermath of the strike.

Ukrnafta confirmed damage to one of the capital’s gas stations. The company’s board chairman, Bohdan Kukura, stated that after assessing the extent of the damage, the damaged facilities are planned to be restored.

Ukrnafta continues to operate and intends to provide consumers with fuel, despite regular attacks on its network facilities.

The company is state-owned and is Ukraine’s largest oil producer. Its network comprises 662 filling stations.
