Russians hit Dnipro and Nikopol: there are injuries, destruction and fires

On the night of Thursday, July 17, the Russian army struck again in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The occupiers launched Shahed-type kamikaze drones over the regional center.

The head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Serhiy Lysak, reported on the consequences of the attack.

One person was killed in an enemy strike in Dnipro itself. Five more were injured. Men aged 35, 37, 40 and 52 were taken to the hospital. Three of them are in serious condition. The 70-year-old victim received minor injuries and is being treated at home.

Several fires broke out as a result of the shelling. Industrial facilities were damaged.

In the communities of Solonyanska and Slobozhanska in the Dnipro district, the night also passed to the sounds of explosions. There, enemy strikes damaged farm buildings and a greenhouse.

In the Nikopol region, Russian troops fired Grad missiles, used FPV drones, and dropped ammunition from drones.

Five people were injured in Nikopol and the Marhanets community: a 31-year-old, 42-year-old, and 65-year-old man, as well as a 58-year-old woman, were hospitalized with moderate injuries. A 21-year-old man is being treated at home.

The explosions set a car on fire, damaged a residential building and an outbuilding.

In the Mezhyvska community, the enemy attacked with FPV drones. Infrastructure facilities were damaged.

As a reminder, Russian occupation forces shelled Nikopol with artillery . A woman was killed and there were also wounded.

As reported, on July 16, Russian occupiersattacked an ambulance in the Kharkiv region with a drone , injuring two medics.
