Russians hit minibus with drone in Sumy region: ten people injured, including children

The head of the Sumy Regional Military Administration, Oleg Grigorov, reported that Russian troops attacked a minibus with a drone, resulting in the injury of 10 civilians, including two children.

He wrote about this in Telegram .

According to Grigorov, a Russian drone hit a minibus on a highway near the Mykolaiv rural community. Previously, two children, aged 8 and 15, were among the victims.

“The number of victims as a result of an enemy strike on a minibus in the Sumy district has increased to ten. Two of the wounded are in serious condition — a child and an adult. Medics are fighting for their lives,” the head of the OVA noted.

He reported that the minibus, which was traveling towards Sumy, was completely burned down. Traffic restrictions are in place in the area where the attack occurred due to the increased risk of repeated attacks.

“There are restrictions on this section of the road. This is a zone of increased danger, which the enemy has repeatedly attacked with drones. A passenger transport traffic scheme has been developed and approved to bypass dangerous roads. Reserve, safer routes have been identified and communicated to carriers,” Grigorov added.

The head of the region emphasized that ignoring the established restrictions creates risks for people’s lives. Law enforcement agencies are currently investigating all the circumstances of the incident and will give the event a proper legal assessment.

By the way, Russian troops attacked Kryvyi Rih with a KAB , an enterprise was damaged by the debris, and a person was injured.
