Russians hit Zaporizhia: many injured

Russian occupiers launched ballistic missile strikes on Zaporizhia. 17 casualties and destruction are reported.

This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov.

“The Russians have struck Zaporizhia. They are trying to target the city’s critical infrastructure,” the head of the OVA said.

He also added that the Russians had launched two strikes on the city.

As of 10:50, 17 victims are known, but the number of people needing medical help is increasing.

The State Emergency Service reported that as a result of the impact, a fire broke out in shopping pavilions covering an area of 500 sq.m.

Earlier, on the night of August 18 , Kharkiv came under massive attack by Russian UAVs . As a result of the strikes on the Industrial District, at least three people were killed, including a 2-year-old boy, and 17 others were injured.
