Russians massively attacked Odessa region with strike drones: two people killed, three more injured

On the night of February 23, Russia carried out a drone attack on the Odessa region. The attack killed 2 people and injured at least 3 others.

This was announced by the head of the Odessa Oblast Autonomous Region, Oleg Kiper.

According to him, industrial, energy and civil infrastructure facilities were hit. The attack damaged production and warehouse facilities, administrative buildings, car dealership premises and vehicles.

One of the drones hit an apartment in a multi-story building without detonation. Psychologists from the State Emergency Service provided assistance to the residents. Rescuers extinguished the fires that broke out after the strikes. Emergency and utility services are working on the scene.

According to updated information, a 20-year-old girl and a man of about 45 years old died. Among the injured are people aged 23 to 45, two of whom are in serious condition.

“I express my sincere condolences to the families and friends of the deceased. I wish the injured a speedy recovery,” said Oleg Kiper.

Law enforcement officers are documenting Russia’s war crimes against the civilian population of the Odessa region.
