Russians massively attacked Zaporizhia and the region: 13 people were injured, including a child

Russian forces launched a massive attack on Zaporizhia with drones and carried out hundreds of strikes on settlements in the Zaporizhia region. The shelling injured 13 people, including a 15-year-old boy, and damaged residential buildings, a hospital, and other infrastructure.

This was announced by the head of the Zaporizhzhia OVA Ivan Fedorov.

As a result of the drone attack on Zaporizhia, 13 people were injured, including a 15-year-old boy. All the injured are receiving necessary medical assistance.

Initially, two people were reported injured. Fedorov later clarified that two women aged 73 and 32 were hospitalized. According to him, the impact damaged the facades, windows, balconies and roofs of apartment buildings, cars, as well as one of the hospitals, where windows were broken. In addition, a fire broke out, which was extinguished by rescuers.

According to the head of the region, 11 apartment buildings were destroyed as a result of the night attack, and another building received significant damage. Municipal services have been eliminating the consequences of the shelling and closing damaged windows since last night.

In addition to the strike on the regional center, Russian troops launched 932 strikes on 51 settlements in Zaporizhia region during the day. In particular, the occupiers carried out:

• 23 air strikes;
• 659 attacks by drones of various types, mostly FPV;
• 9 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems;
• 241 artillery shelling.

According to Fedorov, a total of 42 reports of damage to infrastructure, residential buildings, cars, and outbuildings were received.
