Russians massively attacked Zaporizhia and the region: there are dead and wounded, including a child

The Russians shelled Zaporizhzhia and civilian settlements in the region, killing 3 people and wounding 10. Among the injured is an 11-year-old boy who is under medical supervision.

This was announced by the head of the Zaporizhzhia OVA Ivan Fedorov.

Russian forces attacked Zaporizhia with drones. One of the drones hit a non-residential building, causing a fire. Another strike hit a residential building, which also caused a fire.

A residential building caught fire after a drone strike on a private property. Initial reports said three people were injured and a woman was trapped in the burning building. Emergency services were on the scene.

The death of a woman who was in a house destroyed by a Russian drone was later confirmed. An 11-year-old boy is among those injured in the attack on Zaporizhia. He is under medical supervision.

According to updated data, 3 people were killed and 10 more were injured as a result of attacks on Zaporizhia, Zaporizhia and Polohiv districts.

During the day, Russian troops launched 899 strikes on 42 settlements in Zaporizhia region. In particular:

• 16 air strikes;
• 626 attacks by drones of various modifications, mainly FPV;
• 257 artillery strikes.

There were also 60 reports of damage to residential buildings, cars, and infrastructure.
