Russian troops again struck critical infrastructure in Chernihiv region. Energy facilities came under fire.
This was reported by the Telegram channel of JSC “Chernihivoblenergo”.
It is noted that an energy facility was damaged, leaving more than 6,000 consumers without electricity – both in Chernihiv itself and in the region.
Other infrastructure facilities were also hit. The extent of the damage is being determined.
Energy experts say that repair work will begin as soon as it becomes safe to do so.
The main task now is to assess the situation and restore power supply to people as soon as possible.
