After the night attack, an infrastructure facility and residential buildings were damaged in the city. Heat, water supply, and sewage systems are operating normally.

Specialists are providing consultations and assistance to residents whose homes have been damaged. In addition, a heating station has been deployed and international organizations have been involved. Housing and Community Services workers are closing broken windows in damaged houses.
