Russians shelled the observatory building in Odessa

In Odessa, the astronomical observatory building in Shevchenko Park was damaged due to Russian attacks.

This was reported by the Odessa Planetarium.

“There is a lot of damage, many windows and doors are broken, there is other destruction,” the planetarium reported.

The institution added that, despite the destruction, the planetarium continues its work.

“The planetarium and telescope are working. We have storage and a generator, a water reserve. So we will work,” they added.
