As a result of Russian shelling of Ukrainian energy infrastructure facilities, emergency power outage schedules have been introduced in six regions.
This was reported by the Ministry of Energy.
In particular, the list of regions with emergency power outages includes Kharkiv, Sumy, Poltava, Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kirovohrad (partially) regions.
In other regions, hourly outage schedules for residential consumers and capacity limitation schedules for industry apply from 00:00 to 23:59.
At the same time, due to enemy attacks, consumers in Vinnytsia, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk and Odessa regions are currently without electricity. Specialists are working to eliminate the consequences of the shelling and restore power.
“We urge consumers to use electricity rationally throughout the day, especially during peak consumption hours in the morning and evening. This helps reduce the load on the system,” the department explained.
We remind you that the day before , Ukrenergo warned about restrictions on electricity consumption in all regions of Ukraine on December 5 .
It was previously reported that in Kherson, over the past few days, Russian occupiers have launched intensive attacks on the local CHP , which has caused its operation to be suspended.
