Russians shot dead a civilian man in Donetsk region

On Thursday, August 28, in the Pokrovsky district of the Donetsk region, Russian occupiers committed another war crime by shooting a civilian.

This was reported by the press service of the 1st building of the Azov National University on August 30.

The Russian crime was discovered and recorded by the Ukrainian military during aerial reconnaissance.

As noted, the occupier shot an elderly man, who was dressed in civilian clothes, in his yard.

“This is a direct violation of the IV Geneva Convention on the Protection of the Civilian Population. And yet another proof that there are no laws or morals for the Russian army,” the military emphasized.

As it was established, the crime was committed by a soldier of the 95th Separate Rifle Regiment of the 5th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 51st Army of the Russian Armed Forces.

Earlier, near the town of Rodynske in the Pokrovsky district of the Donetsk region , a Russian soldier with a white armband shot a civilian .
