Sabotage behind the invaders’ backs: 18 Russian officers eliminated in Zaporizhia region

A large-scale sabotage against the Russian army took place in Zaporizhia. Unknown individuals set fire to the grass near the command post of the 35th Army, which led to a fire and smoke. As a result, 18 Russian officers died, and five more could not be evacuated.
This was reported by the “I Want to Live” project on Telegram.
According to the source, the incident occurred on August 30 near the village of Voskresenka. The fire quickly spread to the premises and dugouts of the command post, which proved fatal for the Russian military.
The list of those eliminated included deputy chiefs of staff, officers from the missile forces, artillery, intelligence, electronic warfare, and other units. Among them:
- Colonel Ilya Makhotin,
- Lieutenant Colonel Ruslan Shigabutdinov,
- Lieutenant Colonel Dmytro Pashabekov,
- major Rustam Setdarov,
- Major Volodymyr Sulytskyi,
- other high-ranking officials of the 35th Army.
Five more soldiers, including Lieutenant Colonel Serhiy Konoyko and Captain Semyon Ponomarev, remained inside and were not evacuated.
Earlier, partisans of the Atesh movement announced a sabotage on a railway in the Smolensk region of the Russian Federation , where a relay cabinet was disabled. According to them, this area was actively used to transfer weapons and equipment to the northern front, in particular to the borders with Sumy and Chernihiv regions.
As a reminder, an agent of the Atesh movement staged a successful sabotage in the Moscow region of the Russian Federation , as a result of which communications were disrupted at a number of military facilities of the occupiers.
