Sanctions against Poroshenko: how Bankova continues to be disgraced in court

You know, there is no longer any desire or strength to comment on the court where Petro Poroshenko is challenging the NSDC sanctions. This is just some kind of farce and a mockery of the very concept of “Law”.
The hearings have been going on for ten months. And for ten months, the authorities have been unable to provide convincing reasons for imposing sanctions against Poroshenko. Instead of reasoned arguments, we hear the same “What’s the difference?”, “Does it really matter?” and the eternal mantra about the “educational nature of sanctions.”
And so. Sanctions were imposed against Mindich for 3 years, against Poroshenko for life. One should not confuse Zelensky’s business partner with Zelensky’s political opponent.
The reason is obvious. When the sanctions against Poroshenko are lifted (and they will be forced to lift them), the Greens will not have a single argument left against Petro Oleksiyovych. Because in seven years of having Yermak and Tatarov in the OPU, they have not been able to prove anything against Poroshenko. That’s all.
They spread lies against Poroshenko for years, but when it came to court, there was nothing left. Complete.
And the only thing they could do was impose sanctions. Simply because of Zelensky’s desire. They wanted to eliminate their competitor in the elections, because they thought that Trump would push for reconciliation – and they would blame everything on Trump. But it didn’t happen as expected.
Now the government is being shamed in court. And the court simply needs to be pressured. To bring it to a decision. To prove it once again. This government came to power on lies – but lies are collapsing. They can accuse Poroshenko, but they can’t prove anything. Like liars.
And we also know how to blame.
As a reminder, the trial in the Cassation Administrative Chamber of the Supreme Court on Petro Poroshenko’s lawsuit to cancel the illegal Decree on sanctions is entering the final stretch . Lawyer Ilya Novikov reported that the court has two dozen pages left to examine in the case, so a decision can be expected early next year.
Meanwhile, Petro Poroshenko stated in the Supreme Court that the sanctions against him were imposed on the basis of falsified documents , and after the decree was published, amendments were illegally made to it without a new meeting of the National Security and Defense Council and without a new presidential decree.
At the same time, the ideologist of the introduction of sanctions against the fifth president and leader of “European Solidarity” Petro Poroshenko was Andriy Portnov, and the President’s Office implemented his concept.
