Sandu’s Party Secures Victory as Moldova’s CEC Confirms All Votes

The Central Election Commission of Moldova has processed 100% of votes from all 2,274 polling stations, officially confirming the results of the election.
This is stated on the CEC website.
The ruling party of Moldova’s current President, Maia Sandu, Action and Solidarity, received the highest level of voter support, securing 50.2% of the vote.
The Patriotic Bloc came in second with 24.1%, while the ALTERNATIVE Bloc rounded out the top three with 7.9%.
Having surpassed the electoral threshold, Our Party (6.2%) and Democracy at Home (PPDA) (5.6%) will also enter the Moldovan parliament.
All other election participants received less than 1% of the vote and will not be represented in parliament.
Voter turnout in the parliamentary elections was 52%, with the highest participation observed among people aged 66 to 75.
In total, the Central Election Commission counted 1,578,731 votes.
As you know, on Sunday, September 28, parliamentary elections were held in Moldova, in which citizens elected a new legislative body of 101 deputies.
