SBU and police detained organizers of tax evasion schemes
The Security Service of Ukraine, together with the National Police, eliminated three more schemes for illegal mobilization evasion and detained four organizers of the transactions in different regions of the country.

In Volyn, law enforcement officers have exposed a truck driver who was offering conscripts to illegally travel to EU countries in the cargo compartment of a truck. He was detained at a customs checkpoint while trying to take out a “client” hidden in a specially equipped hiding place in the car.
Two 18-year-old residents of Bukovina were detained in Khmelnytskyi region for organizing an international channel for smuggling draft-age men abroad outside checkpoints. According to investigators, the perpetrators transported draft evaders in their own cars from Kamianets-Podilskyi to Chernivtsi region, bypassing checkpoints, and then escorted them along forest routes outside Ukraine.
In Odessa, law enforcement officers have exposed the head of the neurology department of one of the city hospitals. The official was selling fictitious disability certificates, using her membership in an expert team assessing the daily functioning of a person who previously worked as an MSEC.
All those involved were informed of suspicion under articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine relating to the illegal smuggling of persons across the state border and obtaining unlawful benefits by officials. A pre-trial investigation is currently underway. The perpetrators face up to nine years in prison with confiscation of property.
It was previously reported that the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Police detained a Russian agent who blew up a Ukrainian military vehicle in the Obolonskyi district of Kyiv.
