SBU destroys occupiers in Pokrovskoye direction: almost 10 thousand Russians have been eliminated since the beginning of the year

During 2025, the soldiers of the Central Operational Group “Alpha” of the SBU destroyed almost 10 thousand Russian occupiers in the Pokrov direction.

This was reported by the press service of the department.

“Special forces of the Alpha Special Operations Center of the Security Service of Ukraine are systematically destroying Russian troops in Pokrovsk and its surroundings,” the SBU emphasized.

Thus, since the beginning of the year, soldiers have eliminated 9.5 thousand enemy personnel.

In addition, special forces destroyed and damaged:

• 255 tanks;
• 433 BBM;
• 343 artillery systems and MLRS;
• 78 air defense systems;
• 12 electronic warfare/electronic warfare devices;
• 4,553 vehicles;
• 3,824 enemy positions and fortifications;
• 65 warehouses with ammunition and fuel and lubricants.

It is known that Russian occupation forces are increasing pressure in the Pokrovskoye direction , in particular, the situation in the city remains complex and dynamic.

As a reminder, Russian troops are actively strengthening their positions in Pokrovsk and accumulating resources capable of conducting surveillance and striking the entire settlement. Control over key approaches to the city has not yet been achieved, which poses a serious threat to Ukrainian defenders.

It is worth noting that analysts noted the advance of Russian troops in the Donetsk region . In particular, in the Pokrovsky direction, the enemy expanded control in the suburbs of Myrnograd and near the settlement of Udachne.
