The SBU and the National Police have exposed seven more organizers of “evasion schemes” in various regions of Ukraine. Law enforcement officers are blocking new ways of evading mobilization and detaining those involved in organizing them.

This was reported by the press service of the SBU.

According to the special services, for up to $18,500, the dealers sold fake documents to defer conscription or illegally smuggled conscripts abroad.

The head of the regional department of the Probation Center was detained in Kyiv, who was issuing fake guardianship for “seriously ill” relatives. He involved familiar doctors in the scheme, who wrote out fictitious medical certificates, and another accomplice submitted fake documents to the CCC.

In Kharkiv, law enforcement officers detained three people who were selling disability certificates. To make it more convincing, they organized a “hospital” in a hospital, where they recorded fictitious diagnoses. Among those detained is the head of the neurological department.

In Transcarpathia, two businessmen were exposed who were illegally smuggling men across the border: first they gathered “clients” in a barn, and then they led them along “detour” paths to a neighboring country.

All those involved were charged under several articles of the Criminal Code. They face up to 9 years in prison with confiscation of property. The operation was carried out by the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Police, and the State Border Guard Service under the procedural guidance of several prosecutors’ offices.

As previously reported, law enforcement officers in Kyiv detained Yuriy Sheyk , former acting first vice president of Energoatom and former first deputy minister of energy of Ukraine.

As a reminder, in Odesa, the SBU and NABU exposed a local judge and lawyer involved in receiving illegal benefits for making necessary court decisions.
