Scientists warn of a magnetic storm: how to prepare your body

A G1-level magnetic storm is expected on Earth on Thursday, July 10. The cause will be the impact of a coronal hole on the Sun, which may cause periodic fluctuations in geomagnetic activity throughout the day.
This was reported by the British Geological Survey.
According to scientists, the speed of the solar wind has already returned to its usual values, but today the Earth’s geomagnetic field will continue to be influenced by the flow of charged particles from the coronal hole on the Sun.
Because of this, periods of a weak magnetic storm of level G1 are possible during the day. This level is considered insignificant, but in weather-sensitive people it can cause fatigue, headaches, or a deterioration in well-being.
Experts note that the geomagnetic situation should stabilize and return to a calm state by July 11.
