Services for veterans at “Diya” will be unavailable on September 27: what to do during the maintenance period

The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine announced that technical work will be carried out in the Unified State Register of War Veterans on September 27. On this day, from 09:30 to 23:00, certain online and offline services for veterans will be temporarily unavailable.
This was reported by the press service of the department.
It is noted that on Saturday, September 27, scheduled technical work will be carried out aimed at updating and improving the work of the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USWRV). The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine informed about this.
During the work, the following will not be open:
- veteran’s certificate in the “Diya” application;
- “Veteran Pro” service in “Actions”;
- online and offline services related to the Unified State Register of Economic Activities;
- automatic checks of the statuses of combatants, persons with disabilities as a result of war, and family members of the deceased when processing benefits and payments.
The agency recommends that veterans carry a paper ID to confirm their status if necessary. They also advise, if possible, to schedule services for another day after the maintenance work is completed.
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs emphasized that citizens’ data remains fully protected, and after the registry is restored, all services will function as usual.
