Severe heat is coming to Ukraine: where will it be hottest?

Dry and hot weather will prevail in Ukraine until the end of the week. In a number of regions, the air will warm up to +35°C.

This was reported by weather forecaster Igor Kibalchych.

On August 14, sunny and warm weather will prevail throughout Ukraine, with no precipitation. The air temperature at night will be up to +16 °C, during the day from +24 to +29 °C, in the southern part of the country and in Transcarpathia up to +35 °C.

On August 15, anticyclonic weather will prevail throughout the country. No precipitation is expected. The air temperature at night will range from 11 to +17 °C, and during the day from +24 to +29 °C, in the southern part of Ukraine and Transcarpathia the temperature will warm up to +35 °C.

On August 16, the anticyclone will continue in Ukraine, so there will be no precipitation, only light rains are possible in the far east during the day. The air temperature at night is forecast to be +17 °C, and during the day from +24 to +29 °C, in the southern part of Ukraine the maximum air temperature will be up to +35 °C.

“On August 17, weather conditions will not change significantly: partly cloudy and dry weather is expected throughout Ukraine,” Kibalchych noted.

The air temperature at night is forecast to be from 10 to +16 °C, during the day the temperature will be from +25 to +30 °C, in the southern part of Ukraine it will be somewhat cooler from 29 to +34 °C.
