Severe heat will return to Ukraine after showers: forecast until the end of July

Unstable weather will persist in Ukraine until the end of July. Forecasters predict periods of rain and showers, alternating with heat up to +36 degrees.

This was stated by Candidate of Geographical Sciences, meteorologist Ihor Kibalchych in a comment to “Telegraph”.

According to him, from July 10 to 15, it will be wet in most regions. Rains, heavy downpours in places, thunderstorms, gusty winds and squalls are expected. Less precipitation is forecast in Crimea, the south of the Odessa region and Transcarpathia.

By July 13, the air temperature at night will be +8…+16 degrees, during the day — +15…+23 degrees. In the southeastern regions, it will be warmer — up to +24…+29 degrees.

Starting July 14, it will start getting warmer in Ukraine. At night, +13…+19 degrees are expected, and during the day — up to +25…+30 degrees.

The hottest days, according to the forecaster, will be July 17-20. In most regions, the air temperature will reach +28…+33 degrees, and in the south and Donbas it will rise to +34…+36 degrees in some places.

Meanwhile, thunderstorms are again forecast in the western, northwestern, and southwestern regions on July 19 and 20, with occasional squalls and hail. In other regions, no significant precipitation is expected on these days.
