She was under the influence of five drugs: a driver was detained in Vinnytsia for driving into the oncoming lane

In Vinnytsia, patrol officers stopped a Renault Megane driver who, according to the results of a medical examination, was driving under the influence of 5 narcotic substances. During a superficial check, a package with a crushed substance similar to narcotics was also found in the car.

This was reported by the Patrol Police of Vinnytsia Region.

The car was stopped at night on Kotsiubynsky Avenue for a traffic violation. While talking to the 33-year-old driver, patrol officers noticed signs of drug intoxication.

The woman agreed to undergo an examination by a narcologist. The medical examination revealed 5 types of narcotic substances in her body.

During the conversation, the driver was visibly nervous. The patrol officer conducted a cursory check, during which a paper roll with a crushed substance that looked like a drug was found in the car.

An investigative and operational team was called to the scene to establish all the circumstances of the incident.

A report was drawn up against the driver under Article 130 of the Code of Administrative Offenses – driving a vehicle while intoxicated. The patrol officers also issued orders under Part 2 of Article 122 of the Code of Administrative Offenses – driving in the oncoming lane, and Part 1 of Article 126 of the Code of Administrative Offenses – driving a vehicle without a compulsory insurance policy.
