Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko reported that a child was injured as a result of a shooting in the capital and is currently hospitalized.

According to him, among the injured is a child, who is being transported to the hospital by medics. The adult victims are being treated on the spot.

“Among the wounded on the street in the Holosiivskyi district is a child. Doctors are transporting her to the hospital. The wounded adults are being examined and provided with assistance on the spot,” said Vitaliy Klitschko.

At the same time, a special operation is underway to detain the man who opened fire. According to preliminary information, he is inside the supermarket.
