Shostka left without power due to Russian strikes on critical infrastructure

Due to Russian shelling of the Sumy region, the city of Shostka and the Shostka district are without power; power engineers are working to restore electricity.

This was reported on Facebook by JSC Sumyoblenergo.

“This morning, as a result of strikes by the Russian army on critical infrastructure in Sumy region, the city of Shostka and the Shostka district were left without power,” the statement reads.

It is indicated that the interruption in the distribution of electricity is temporary. Power engineers are working to restore the power supply.

It should be added thatover the past 24 hours, the losses of the Russian occupation forces amounted to 910 people . The Ukrainian Defense Forces also neutralized five tanks, four armored combat vehicles, 29 artillery systems, 461 operational-tactical level unmanned aerial vehicles, five missiles, and 81 vehicles of the enemy.
