As of 16:00 on September 4, 103 combat clashes had occurred on the front.

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.

North

Russian troops shelled border communities in Chernihiv and Sumy regions. There were 4 battles in the Severo-Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, two of which are ongoing. The enemy carried out 8 airstrikes and 136 attacks, including MLRS. Ukrainian units were successful in some areas.

Kharkiv region

• In the South Slobozhansky direction, 1 attack was repelled , another battle continues near Volchansk.

• In the Kupyansk direction – 6 unsuccessful assaults in the areas of Kupyansk, Radkovka, Petrovpavlovka and Kolesnikovka.

Donbass

• Liman direction – 12 enemy attacks, four battles continue.

• Seversky – 3 attacks repelled, 4 more skirmishes continue.

• Kramatorsk – no offensive actions.

• Toretsky – 5 assaults, one battle continues.

• Pokrovsky – 26 attacks, 19 repelled, 7 more battles continue.

• Novopavlovsky – 15 assaults repelled, 6 more attacks in progress.

South

• Orekhovskoye direction – one attack repelled.

• Pridneprovsky – airstrike in the Olgovka area.

• Gulyaipolsky – no offensive actions.

In other areas the situation remains unchanged.
