Since the beginning of Monday, July 21, 101 combat clashes have already been recorded at the front.

This is stated in the construction of the General Staff as of 16:00.

The greatest enemy activity is recorded in the Pokrovsk direction, where the occupiers attempted to storm the positions of Ukrainian defenders 29 times near Udachny, Lisovka, Zverevoye, Novoukrainka, Pokrovsk and other settlements.

Intensive fighting also continues in the Liman direction (16 attacks, 7 battles are ongoing) and Novopavlovsk direction (9 attacks, 5 are ongoing). In other directions, the enemy attempted to attack in the Kupyansk, Seversk, Kramatorsk, Toretsk, Orekhovsky and Pridneprovsky directions.

In total, the enemy carried out several airstrikes and more than 170 artillery attacks on the border areas of Sumy and Kharkiv regions.

The General Staff notes that Ukrainian troops are holding back the enemy along the entire front line and in the rear, inflicting losses on him and disrupting his plans for advancement.
