Singer Stepan Gigi’s team denied rumors about coma and amputation.

Irena Zaiko, the PR director for Ukrainian singer Stepan Gigi, reported that the artist’s condition remains “serious but stable” and criticized false claims that he is in a coma.

She wrote about this on Instagram, publishing correspondence with journalist Vitaly Glagola.

Earlier, Glagola, citing his own sources, claimed that after a second knee operation, Giza’s leg was amputated and that he was in a coma. Zaiko called on the journalist to provide official and verified confirmation, emphasizing that the dissemination of such “sensational” stories has nothing to do with credibility.

In response, Glagola said that he was not obligated to disclose his sources, but he trusted them and was willing to publish the PR specialist’s comment.

Irena Zaiko emphasized that official information about the singer’s condition has already been released:
“Stepan Petrovich’s condition is serious but stable, and he is receiving all the necessary medical care. It’s natural that he will need time to recover. Should any changes occur, the artist’s press center will be the first to publish official information.”

She also stressed that rumors and unverified reports only cause harm and should not be spread.

Earlier , it was reported that Ukrainian singer Stepan Giga fell into a coma after severe postoperative complications.
