Six new innovative features will appear in “Diya”: why are they needed

Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov announced the launch of six new services in the application and on the “Diya” portal, which, according to him, will radically change the lives of Ukrainians. Among them are the world’s first national AI assistant, online notary, electronic excise, new services for the military, social assistance, and documents with an apostille.

Ukraine continues to develop the e-state, and in the near future services will appear in the application and on the “Diya” portal, which should become a real breakthrough in the field of digital services. This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.

According to him, one of the key innovations will be the AI assistant on the “Diya” portal – the world’s first national artificial intelligence that will help citizens receive government services. First, it will provide a certificate of income, and later it will be able to consult and issue various documents in a simple chat format.

The second revolutionary project will be e-Notary . Ukrainians will have the opportunity to use notary services online, which will reduce costs, eliminate queues, and simplify access to notarial actions.

It is also planned to launch eExcise . Instead of paper excise stamps, electronic ones will appear, which can be checked in “Diya” by scanning. According to government estimates, this will reduce the shadow market for alcohol and tobacco and save the state budget up to 30 billion hryvnias annually.

Special attention will be paid to military personnel and veterans in “Diya”. The “Wounded Path” service will allow you to receive necessary services online without collecting documents and visiting numerous institutions.

Another innovation will be basic social assistance — a unique comprehensive service that will unite all types of social payments. Applications will be submitted only through “Diya”, without paperwork.

And finally, Ukrainians will be able to order an extract of a criminal record with an apostille from “Diya” with home delivery. Previously, this document could only be obtained at one address in Kyiv.

Fedorov emphasized that these projects aim to “finally eliminate bureaucracy, queues, and corruption,” as well as make citizens’ interaction with the state as convenient as possible.

Previously, a new section appeared in the state mobile application “Diya”, which combined all the services necessary for veterans.

Let us remind you that a new service has become available in the “Diya” application – now you can replace the technical passport online.
