The Sociopolis company has published the results of a survey on the formation of a national salvation government and a new coalition in parliament.
According to the poll, the majority of Ukrainians support the resignation of the current Cabinet of Ministers and the formation of a government of national unity.
The majority of Ukrainians surveyed (43.8%) positively assess the initiative to pass a vote of no confidence in the current composition of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. This may indicate dissatisfaction of some citizens with the actions of the executive branch and expectations of more effective solutions in the field of state governance. 30.6% of respondents are neutral towards the initiative to dismiss the Svyrydenko government, while 21.5% do not support this initiative.
60.3% support reformatting the majority in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by forming a coalition of national unity and returning to the parliamentary-presidential model provided for by the Constitution. 29.8% expressed the opposite view. 10.0% of respondents could not decide on their attitude to the formation of a new coalition.
Almost half of respondents (49.2%) have a positive attitude towards the creation of a national salvation government in Ukraine, which would unite the patriotic political forces of the country. About a third of respondents (31.1%) have a neutral attitude towards such an initiative, while 14.4% of respondents do not support the creation of a national salvation government.
Sociologists note that this level of support for the creation of a government of national salvation indicates society’s expectations for the consolidation of the country’s main political forces and increased responsibility of the ruling elites during a crisis period for the country.
It was previously reported that the vast majority of adult residents of Ukraine (almost 90%) know about the NABU investigation into corruption schemes involving businessman and co-owner of the Kvartal 95 studio Timur Mindich, politicians, ministers, heads of Ukraine’s energy industry, etc. Only 10% have not heard of this investigation.
44.2% of survey participants responded that they had heard quite a lot about the “Mindich tapes” and had an idea of the essence of this case, while 45.8% of respondents had heard something about the aforementioned NABU investigation, but did not have a holistic idea about it.
76.6% of respondents who are aware of the NABU investigation consider this investigation to be justified, and the corrupt actions recorded during the investigation did indeed take place. A significantly smaller number of respondents (15.7%) consider this NABU investigation questionable. 7.7% of respondents were unable to determine their assessment of the aforementioned NABU investigation.
The public opinion poll “Attitude of the Ukrainian population to current socio-political issues (November 18-24, 2025)” was conducted by the Sociopolis Research Company from November 18 to 24, 2025 using the CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviews) telephone interview method based on a random sample of mobile phone numbers (with random generation of phone numbers). The sample size is 1007 respondents. The error does not exceed 3.1%.
