In recent days, three flares have been recorded on the Sun, all of which were directed towards Earth.

This was reported by the British Geological Survey.

The first of these flares reached our planet on June 30, with another one recorded the day before. As a result, magnetic storms have been observed on Earth for several days.

“Another flare occurred on the Sun on June 30. It will reach Earth on July 3,” the report says.

According to expert forecasts, a G2-level magnetic storm is expected today and in the coming days, which may persist for several days.

Magnetic storms of this level are considered moderate. They can affect the operation of satellites, communication systems, as well as the well-being of people sensitive to weather changes. During such periods, headaches, weakness, pressure fluctuations, insomnia, and increased irritability are possible.

Experts advise getting more rest, drinking enough water, avoiding excessive physical exertion, and limiting coffee and alcohol consumption on days of increased geomagnetic activity.
