“Solidarity Youth” and the Poroshenko Foundation presented Christmas gifts to children of military personnel and displaced persons

For the seventh year in a row, the Solidarity Youth NGO and the Poroshenko Foundation have been providing Christmas gifts – SviatoBOXes – to children of military personnel and displaced persons.

As Maryna Poroshenko reported on social networks , none of the thousand gift boxes are repeated, each package has an individual content, gifts are formed taking into account the age, gender and interests of each child. Part of the gifts were given to children from the families of the Hospitallera Medical Volunteer Battalion.

“SvyatoBOX is real Christmas magic for children. For the seventh year in a row, “Solidarna Molod” has been implementing a truly fabulous project – SvyatoBOX, and the Poroshenko Foundation is its permanent partner. During this time, our youth has held 6 successful gift collections and brought joy to thousands of Ukrainian children,” writes Maryna Poroshenko.

Holiday packages are collected by young and adult volunteers, and every year they gather in the office, which is transformed into a real miracle factory.

“Traditionally, on the eve of the Christmas and New Year holidays, our office turns into a real SvyatoBOX factory, where hundreds of boxes are lovingly packed with warmth, care, and faith in a miracle. This year, 1,000 more Ukrainian children will receive these wonderful gifts from our youth. Because the holidays are about care. About support. And about children who deserve joy,” Maryna Poroshenko is convinced.
