Some of the Reserve+ services became unavailable: what happened?

Certain services related to confirming disability data are temporarily unavailable in the “Reserve+” application.
This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The department explained that the decision was made due to the incorrect operation of state social registers. This is necessary to avoid errors when processing applications.
The following may be temporarily unavailable:
submitting an application for a deferral on the grounds of disability;
updating disability data online;
verification of relevant data by CCC and SP operators.
“This was done to prevent errors in processing applications due to incorrect responses from social sector registers,” the Ministry of Defense reported.
The ministry emphasized that the changes do not affect already issued deferrals and do not cancel the right to deferral for citizens who have legal grounds.
“After the restoration of stable data exchange, services will again become available in Reserve+. We will inform you about this later,” the department added.
